The higher the Cr content, the higher the heat resistance temperature. Our grate plates contain 16% Cr and 4% Ni, which can fully meet customers' high quality requirements.
The gaps between the grates are small, and the scales make the grate structure leak less coal. It has self-cleaning ability, can also help the grate bars to be well cooled, has a certain self-adjusting ability, the chain can adjust automatically, the grate is heated but not stressed, and the working conditions are greatly improved.
The scale grate is composed of the following components: scale grate, roller, chain, splint, sealing block, liner, bolt, gasket, etc. Generally speaking, these accessories need to be replaced after one to two years, but if you buy our high temperature heat-resistant grate, the life span can be as long as 4-5 years.

The sealing plate used for the grate side is also an important part of the boiler base. It protects the boiler outer packaging, prevents the boiler frame from being burned by the internal flame, and reduces the side temperature. The side sealing plate has small pieces and large pieces. Yongxing crossbeam grate chain steam boiler could burn solid fuels, generating high-temperature steam, which is mainly used on big capacity heated steam boiler, or corner steam boilers. It can works great on power station boilers.
The 40 t/h chain grate (crossbeam type) steam boiler operates by continuously feeding solid fuel (like coal or biomass) onto a moving chain grate, forming a stable fuel bed.
