In a small-scale grate stoker, the boiler splint (or connecting plates) is a crucial component linking the individual small-scale boiler grate bars to the drive chain links. These include the boiler middle splint, the boiler left splint, and the boiler right splint on either side. Made from heat-resistant material HT150, RQTSi5, these boiler splints endure the main mechanical stress. Their spare parts allow the grate to move smoothly and maintain proper air distribution for efficient combustion. They are key to the structural integrity of the moving grate.

Yongxing crossbeam grate chain steam boiler could burn solid fuels, generating high-temperature steam, which is mainly used on big capacity heated steam boiler, or corner steam boilers. It can works great on power station boilers.
The 25t/h small scale grate stoker, or fish scale chain grate, is a moving belt for burning solid fuel in boilers. Its structure comprises interlocking scales (grate bars) arranged like fish scales, connected to heavy-duty chain links by connecting boiler splints.
Ordinary small boiler grate bars are well-suited for small chain grate steam boilers from 1 ton to 20 tons. Their size and material properties are sufficient to handle the lower mechanical stress; it effectively support the relatively thin fuel bed and ensure adequate passage for combustion air.
It is high automation mechanical stoking and ash removal machine; it helps the factory reduce labor intensity. Combustion is stable as fuel moves uniformly, and the gear box speed is allowed adjustment freely. They offer wide fuel adaptability for various solid fuels with sizes less than 60mm.
