One Item: Fault Diagnosis Of Chain Grate Boiler

Chain grate movement malfunction: Large fuel particles or other external forces cause the grate to be stuck, resulting in intermittent movement or out-of-work. In severe cases, the reducer fuse may burn out or break the transmission mechanism fuse pin. Inspection and troubleshooting should be carried out immediately when facing this situation;
Chain and gear meshing failure: This type of failure is mainly caused by the long-term operation of the device, resulting in severe wear. For this problem, chains should be replaced in time;
Chain grate crossbeam bending: External force or overload operation may cause the crossbeam to bend, which should be replaced immediately.
Grate deviation during operation: This is mainly caused by the front and rear axles not being appropriately adjusted during installation, resulting in unstable grate operation;
Fuel coking on the chain grate: Long-term use of inferior bituminous coal or fuel with a high oil content will cause coking on the grate surface. All impurities should be eliminated regularly.

As shown in the figures, please measure the length, width, height and positioning dimensions of the boiler grate bars. Since the left and right bars are similar in appearance, but the installation direction of the connection part is different, you only need to measure any one.

III. Big Grate

Since the size of fish scales may vary between manufacturers and batches, detailed data are collected on length, width, height, center spacing of holes, hole diameter, and other parameters, as shown in the figure below.

IV. Chain

Please provide the supplier’s length, sections, thickness, and other requirements. The figure below shows a 20m long section with 125 sections.

V. Boiler Slag Stopper/Remover ash

There is a row of slag stoppers at the end of the boiler. As shown in the figure below, the slag remover or remover ash needs to measure the arc’s length and the two endpoints’ length.

VI. Roller

Please measure the overall length of the roller.

VII. Bushing

Please provide the outer dimension and inner dimension of the bushing as below.

The suppliers need to know the dimensions and overall length of the shaft.

IX. Roller Clip
