The upper part of the SZL consists of the body pot, the descending tube, and the lower part of the chain grate.
When coal or biomass is burned in the chain grate combustion chamber, the flue gas will enter the tail flue through the boiler front furnace, #2 burnout chamber, convection tube bundle. Then it is discharged into the atmosphere through a multi-pipe dust remover, a water film dust remover, an induced draft fan, a chimney, etc.
SZL type biomass boiler adopts a membrane water-cooling wall structure on both sides of the furnace, which improves the boiler’s sealing and increases the volume and heating surface of the stove.
The best thing is that the front and rear walls are equipped with secondary air, which not only makes the fuel burn up thoroughly, improves the combustion efficiency and thermal efficiency, and reduces the input of fuel cost, but also reduces the generation of waste and waste residue.
