The SZS series boiler’s main body is a double-drum, vertical type, room-fired D-type layout structure, and the right side is the burning furnace. The left side is the convection tube bundle.
The middle & both ends movable supports of the lower drum are fixed on the body’s chassis, and the boiler is guaranteed to expand to both ends.
The furnace’s surrounding is designed with a narrow-pitch tube membrane water wall. The membrane water wall on the left side of the stove completely seals and separates the furnace and the convection tube bundle. The back of the convection tube bundle is a diarrhoea structure, and the front is an in-line structure.
Let us share the flue gas flow direction. It enters from furnace combustion, then it turns into the burnout chamber from the exit of the furnace tail, the convection tube bundle area, the left side of the boiler, the front space, turn into the economizer and condenser, enters the flue and chimney and finally discharges to the atmosphere.
SZS type oil and gas boiler‘s furnace water wall and convection flue all adopt membrane wall structure, which has good sealing performance and high heat absorption rate and effectively reduces the use and maintenance of refractory bricks.
This boiler adopts high thermal resistance material as the insulation layer, which has good insulation performance. An energy-saving condenser is arranged at the rear, which can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and the boiler has high thermal efficiency.
The ultra-low nitrogen automatic burner makes the flue gas less harmful and operates without noise. It also has the ignition program control and overpressure and flameout protection functions, and the operation is safe.

- A super large combustion chamber’s design makes the fuel burn entirely, with high combustion efficiency and low pollution.
- The boiler has a surplus heating surface and a large enough steam and water space to ensure stable boiler parameters.
- There is an explosion-proof door on the top of the furnace, which can discharge the chamber explosion’s energy.
- The water supply adopts continuous electric regulation and has high and low water level alarm and interlock protection.
- Some furnace models adopt a water spray desuperheater, adjust the temperature sensitively, and have an extensive range of temperature adjustment.
- Considering the boiler’s overall transportation, the boiler’s design layout is more compact. Besides, the boiler adopts a temporary installation structure, which can effectively shorten the installation period.
