Since biomass mainly uses wood pellets as fuel, it produces a lot of dust. After combustion, the ratio of ash and slag can reach 10:0. Unlike coal fuel, boiler slag has a very low content. Almost all of it becomes ash particles, and a large part of it will enter the flue gas system.

Therefore, the dust content of biomass boilers is generally high. If you want to control the concentration within 300mg/NM3, you need to be equipped with an electrostatic pulse bag filter and a multi-tube dust collector.

Because the particle size of the combustion dust is small and the specific resistance is significant, the pulse bag precipitator will be used to deduce the biomass boiler, bringing a better effect for the boiler dedusting.
