YLW Coal Biomass Chain Grate Thermal Oil Boiler
The YLW thermal oil boiler is a horizontal chain grate-fired boiler heating system. It is a type of biomass fired horizontal thermal oil furnace that provides high-temperature and low-pressure energy savings for heating applications. It utilizes heat transfer oil as its heat carrier and flue gas as its heat source.
By using a circulating oil pump, the heat transfer oil circulates in the liquid state to provide heat to terminal heating equipment; after the recycled oil cools, it flows back to the furnace for reheating. The maximum heating temperature for this product is 340°C, while the normal working pressure remains below 1.0 MPa.
The entire liquid-phase circulation operations ensure safe and stable performance.
Capacity Range: From 1400kW to 7000kW
Fuels Used: Straw, distiller’s grains, bagasse and other directly burned biomass fuels; coal; mixtures of biomass and coal fuels.
Coil Type Adopted: The boiler body consists of seamless high-temperature resistant serpentine heating coils arranged in multiple layers and compactly.

Yongxing YLW type biomass heat-conducting oil boiler is a forced circulation chain grate stoker thermal oil boiler.
It is a new type of heating equipment that uses environmentally friendly energy-biomass as fuel and heat transfer oil as the medium. It consists of an upper body and a lower chain grate.
The thermal oil boiler: the front part of the main body is the radiant heating surface of the furnace, the middle part is the heating surface composed of serpentine tube bundles, and the rear part is the convection surface. During operation, the boiler can be accurately adjusted according to actual requirements to meet different customer.
Due to the unique winding arrangement of these coils, the surface area available for heat exchange increases greatly.
Thus, the coils allow greater heat absorption from the flue gases, thereby increasing the system’s thermal efficiency.
The arrangement of the coils prevents localized overheating and coking of the heat transfer oil. The integral-welded coils possess excellent pressure resistance and a long lifespan. They are also easy to inspect and maintain.
Grate Type Adopted: A full horizontal chain grate stoker is provided as a standard component of the YLW thermal oil boiler.
The automatic feeding chain grate ensures continuous and uniform feeding of fuel, along with automatic ash removal. The chain grate allows for the efficient combustion of both bulk biomass and granular fuels. The chain grate minimizes incomplete combustion losses and can handle a variety of low calorific value biomass raw materials.
Furthermore, the chain grate helps reduce labor costs associated with manual operations.
Installation Instructions for Integrated Unit Overall Systems: The YLW thermal oil boiler can be supplied as a fully integrated “all-in-one” unit.
In such cases, the entire system — including the boiler main body, chain grate combustion system, coil heat exchange system, circulating oil pump unit, exhaust flue and control cabinet — will be assembled and tested at our factory before shipment.
On-Site Installation Process: Place the integrated boiler unit on the previously constructed horizontal foundation and secure it with anchor bolts.
Connect the oil inlet & outlet pipelines of heat transfer oil with production heating equipment, install safety valves, expansion tanks, and filters on the oil circuit.
Install flue gas pipeline connections and match them with dust removal equipment. Connect electrical power to the automatic electric control cabinet to enable interlock control of the grate, circulating pump and temperature monitoring.
Add qualified heat transfer oil to the system and perform a pressure test and debugging of the entire machine before commencing operations.
Applications for Industries: The YLW thermal oil boiler is commonly used in chemical industry processes, printing and dyeing processes, food processing processes, wood processing processes, coating spraying processes, and other industrial heating applications.

3. Square coil combustion chamber
The boiler combustion chamber is composed of a refractory furnace chamber and a square coil, with sufficient fuel combustion space, complete combustion and high thermal efficiency.
4. The best coil design
The radiant section is made of square coiled tube, and the convection section is made of serpentine tube. The tube on the heating surface has good thermal expansion performance, low stress, safety and reliability.
5. The best process design
The flue gas is three-pass, the medium flows through the convection and radiant coils, the flow rate is uniform, and the operation is safe and stable.
6. Sufficient output
The heating surface is reasonably arranged, with large area, good heat transfer effect, high efficiency, stable and sufficient output.
7. Perfect automatic control measures
The oil output temperature is controlled accurately, and the medium temperature, pressure and super smoke temperature are set with multiple control protections to ensure safe and reliable operation.
8. Leading automatic control level
The boiler controller adopts Siemens/Delixi electrical components, with reliable performance. There are three types of controllers: common type, Chinese and English menu type with LCD display, and touch screen type with man-machine dialogue remote control. The standard configuration is ordinary.
